The Lands of Loyal is a favourite amongst brides to be. The grand staircase and beautiful open hallway is the most perfect setting for your special day.

The hotel can cater for 72 people dining in the grand hall. The balcony can seat a further 28 and the four dining rooms can collectively seat just over 100 guests. We appreciate the honour it is to be chosen to host such a special day and will always be mindful that the Lands of Loyal will forever be part of your happy memories.

For events that allow the main hall to be shared with others staying at the hotel we can offer any of our four dining rooms for a modest room hire charge, usually of £150. These same rooms can be used for civil wedding ceremonies too.

For larger weddings and events, where use of the main hall is integral to your plans, such as being used for the ceremony, dining or dancing, it is necessary to hire the hotel exclusively for the full day and night. This comes at a single charge of £1,000. In this instance all the 16 bedrooms must be occupied by wedding guests, and guarantteed by the Bride and Groom although the guests themselves may make their own reservations and payments.

Accommodation charges are our regular published rates, on a bed and breakfast basis based on two people in each room, per room, per night.

Event menu prices are £36 - £55 this is a full three course meal including coffee, please see our sample menus here...

The Lands of Loyal has a beautiful garden listed in Scotlands Garden Scheme, there is a level area of lawn measuring 40 x 60' where a marquee can be erected. at an additional fee of £500. Marquees must be supplied and errected by a reputable company, we recommend Henderson Marquee Hire at Blairgowrie, www.hendersonmarqueehire.co.uk

To hold and confirm your booking with us we require a non-refundable deposit to be made. This can be discussed with our Events Manager as requirements vary for each party.
For exclusive use events the minimum deposit required is £1000

Should you cancel your event giving us no less than 6 months there is a charge of 10% of the estimated venue, accommodation and menu cost is chargeable. An additional 10% is charged for each additional month.

The Lands of Loyal is able to offer additional services for your event such as :-
