The Lands of Loyal is a favourite amongst brides to be. The Grand Staircase and beautiful open hallway is the most perfect setting for your special day.
The hotel can cater for 72 people dining in the grand hall. The balconcy can seat a further 28 making the whole heart of the house a venue for 100 guests.
The three dining rooms can seat collectively 110 and this number can also be accommodated in the hall for a ceremony.
If regular hotel patrons are to be excluded from the hotel at any time, then the wedding party must take the hotel for exclusive use. This applies if you intend to use the grand central hall at any time during the day, ceremony, meal or dancing. The charge for this is £1,000. In this circumstance, all 17 bedrooms must be filled by wedding guests.
No compensatory charges are necessary if the hotel can continue to welcome and serve other guests in the normal way.
Smaller weddings using the dining rooms for the ceremony and dinner are available at the room hire charge of £200 per room.
Wedding menus of three courses and coffee, offering a choice of 5 options at each course, are available for £52.50 per person..

a licence permitting civil marriage and civil
partnership ceremonies outwith registry offices following amendments
made in 2002 to the marriage Scotland Act.
Marquees carry a facility fee of at
least £500 and must be supplied by a reputable
