Meeting Rooms

The Lands of Loyal Hotel is a quiet and comfortable venue for conferences and working lunches. With a choice of four private dining rooms. There is of course also the magnificent hall for an impressive reception.

The Blue Room

This is the first room on the right as you come in to the hall. It has a capacity to seat 30 in a theatre style.  It is quite a grand room with an open fireplace at one end and a vast window at the other looking down the drive, whilst the bay window enjoys a view of the garden.

Middle Dining Room

This room is in next to the blue room still along the south front with majestic views and again offers a cosy log fire too. It can seat 18 at one table but for a meeting it has a comfortable capacity of 10.

Dining Room 1

This is an ideal room to use for lunch or buffet set up as it is convenient for the kitchen.

The Ogilvy Room

This room is the largest of all, it also has fine views over the garden, an open fireplace at one end and plenty of room for a board room table to seat 24 delegates.

SPECIAL DBB RATE FOR DELEGATES

£90 Dinner bed and breakfast in a single occupancy room, upgrades may be given

Should other meeting guests not staying overnight wish to join the table they are most welcome and will be charged at the regular menu rate.

DAY DELEGATES LUNCH

Private dining room for meeting can be provided. Delegates may choose from our all day bar menu, enjoy an open buffet or discuss further options with event manager

WORKING LUNCH of SOUP AND SANDWICHES

This can be served directly in the meeting room, price £10 per person

TEA & COFFEE WITH HOMEMADE SHORTBREAD

Arrival/welcome tea and coffee is served Free of Charge, subsequent servings are priced at £2.50 per person

FULL AFTERNOON TEA

This is a special tea of scones, variety of sandwiches and homemade cakes with tea and coffee, priced at £10 per person.
