Christmas and Hogmanay is a particularly special time at the Lands of Loyal - come and join the party

Christmas starts for us with the phenomenal installation of a 22ft Christmas tree.  It stands at the foot of the grand staircase and reaches the full height of the hall.  It really is a sight to behold and is ready and sparkling in time for our Big Tree Tea on 1st December when there is a free Tea party for those who just want to come and be the first to see it in all its glory.

Christmas Eve Dinner

We are delighted to welcome again the Alyth Musical Society to sing Carols and Christmas songs from the staircase in the grand hall, from 6pm.  An a la carte menu to suit all ages will be offered as families gather to welcome Christmas Day.

Boxing Day

Give the cook in your house the day off and bring the family to our great value Boxing Day Buffet lunch. £20 per person

Hogmanay

See in the New Year in style. Starting with canapes and champagne in the grand hall then a four course dinner wiht coffee followed by a traidional Scottish Ceilidh and at midnight our piper will herald the new year with a rousing rendition of Auld Lang Syne.  Our dinner menu for the night can be viewed by clicking here and is priced at £80 for the full evening.

Ne'ers Day or The Easy Does it Day

Roast chicken with roast tatties and vegetables or carved ham wiht jacket potatoes and salad is on the menu today with homemade sticky toffee pudding or cheese and oatcakes.  The perfect gentle family lunch cooked to perfection with no washing up to do.  Just £15 per person.
